Rule #2 It is your responsibility to be sure that any transaction, are done in complete accordance with Federal, State, and Local Laws.

Rule #4 - Do not state all details of provenance on this board. Limit all provenance to email or telephone correspondence between you and the prospective buyer. Location(s) of the find(s) are better handled in private and your post will be deleted if you post provenance on this forum.
Rule #5 - We reserve the right to remove any post at anytime without public explanation.
Rule #6 - All sales are final. Seller and Buyer are obligated to sell or purchase items for the closing price unless the listing reserve price is not met.
Strong Suggestion: Look out for scammers, use good judgement, if you are unsure about a seller or a product then dont buy. If you think someone is running a scam, let us know ASAP.

We are totally against any activity that encourages looting,desecration, or destruction of known archaeological sites. Our purpose is to help preserve the precious artifacts found by amateur archaeologists and hobbyists and to promote a clean, family oriented hobby. Millions of arrowheads, relics and artifacts would have, no doubt, already been lost or destroyed if not for the hobbyists and amateur collectors. We only hope to expose more folks to the hobby in a positive light.
