Hard to imagine this one as anything other than a large hand held sturdy paleo axe of sorts. Sturdy and easy to grip, and a formidable weapon or tool when wielded by the user. Look at the large primary flaking and you know this one most likely goes back to the paleo time. Nice polish and color, could have been used to smash on the blunt end, or gash on the more pointed knife shaped end. $69
