Downright gorgeous Pickwick made of super polished coastal plains chert. Broad and classic example of the type. Slight overstrike when manufactured on one blade edge but definitely ancient as the patina and polish is consistent and it is barely noticeable and does not detract when framed for display. This is one of those that feels and looks almost glassy from the high degree of polish but thats exactly how it came out of the water. Nice "black pepper specks" in the material give nice accents. BARGAIN on a point this nice and this size. $149
