I had a great time today at the Stone Age Fair, saw some great relics, many old friends, and made a few new ones. Thanks to all that made it possible.

Thanks for posting those awesome photos Nate. The Blue Clovis is the one from the Silver Springs Museum, found by Ben Waller but donated by Alvin Hendrix.

I was delighted to take several hundred photos of artifacts that have never been published before, including those huge Suwannees, that monster Delta wing Clay, and some awesome coral points as well. It was also great to see a nice display of the Alvin Hendrix collection on display, courtesy of the folks at the Silver River Museum.

The only thing I brought back from the show was goose bumps from holding that Disc of Kevins ...absolutley amazing I felt a little bad when I handed it back to him and it was soaking wet from my hands sweating so bad from holding it,sorry kevin. The show was one of the best displays I've seen lately, the Alvin Hendrix collection... fabulous, the two brothers in the back left corner with the bone artifacts ....outstanding, Dr Dicks fish hook collection is second to none , David M's paleos scandoulous. The cat fossils were insane,if you did'nt make it you missed it!

Mark, you dont worry one iota about a little sweat, I am glad to share it with you and anyone else that wanted to look at it. Thats the real fun in the hobby, sharing the pieces of the past with good friends.
