New location this year. The Tupelo area is the heart of Benton country, there will be lots of them to see.

Gerry, think the collectors out there would be receptive to me coming and taking photos of the Best of Mississippi ?

I would imagine they would be, they've always been very gracious in allowing me to do so.

In addition to the Benton stuff Tupleo was the site of a series of Chickasaw towns, DeSoto had a dust-up with them there.

George Phillips of the MS Museum of Natural History will be giving a slide presentation on fossils at the show. The MMNH sets up a table every year, they find lots of fossils up in that area, and George ID's and photographs them.
